“For he is our peace; in his flesh he has made both groups into one and has broken down the dividing wall, that is, the hostility between us.”
Ephesians 2:14
Dear Lord Jesus, Prince of Peace,
Forgive how we continue to crucify You daily in our divisions, our pride, our split hearts, and our rancor.
Forgive our disobedience to “they will know we are Christians by our love,” preferring hostility and division.
Thank You for Your prayer to make us all one, as You and the Father are one, so that all will believe that You were sent by the Father. Forgive our resistance to Your prayer.
Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace; where there is hatred, let me sow love.
Use me today. Grant that I empty myself so that the Spirit has plenty of room to stir. Thank You, Lord Jesus, amen.
