Dear Jesus,

I offer my heart to You, with all its imperfections. Please return to me a clean heart. A heart of flesh. A heart full of love for You and of ordinary things so that the ordinary becomes extraordinary.

Transform me into Your likeness so that I can experience perfect love and be drawn into Your sacred heart. Through You, my house will be built on solid rock, not shifting sands.

Loosen my grip on my ego and pride so that I love You more fully. Increase my grip on Your rod and staff so I more fully surrender to Your will. Claim me as Your own. Grant that I am not lukewarm. Grant that I abide in You so that I can more fully love and forgive, and surrender.

I offer my family fully to You so that You may be glorified through them. Use them as examples of what can be achieved through You and what love and obedience to you looks like. Grow in them daily peace and joy and self-control. You are Lord of Lords and King of Kings. My Savior, my Lord, Jesus of Nazareth, son of Mary, Amen.
