Dear Jesus, my protector,

Thank You for loving us all so much that You subjected Yourself to unspeakable torture in order to provide a light for the darkness of our dysfunction, evil and sin.

Thank You for providing a remedy to our soul and heart so that they are not consumed by satan and earthly pleasure.

Grant that a tunic and sandals are all I need when doing Your will.

Grant that I accept Your always outstretched hand that leads me through the darkness.

Grant that I obey Your word, which is joy for my heart and salvation for my soul.

Grant that I trust in You, which is true peace.

Grant that I maintain my faith in all circumstances so that I am never apart from You.
