Eternal Father,

You wash me with the blood of Jesus to rescue me from slavery. Grant, I beg You, for the sake of You beloved son, that I am set free.

Grant me the charity of heart to follow Your son no matter the circumstance. Grant me fearless trust to go where Jesus goes, just like the woman from Galilee who stayed and followed the body of Jesus during His crucifixion and death, despite the danger and despite the fact that all His apostles had fled in fear.

Grant me the faith of these women to never leave Your side, to never let go of Your always outstretched hand, which always leads me to a place of peace and assurance.

Grant me and my family Your hedge of protection against evil, harm, and temptation as we love You more every day and trust Your will.

In the name of Your beloved son, my Lord, with whom You are well pleased. Amen.
