“Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Stand up and walk’?” Luke 5:23

Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank you for the authority you showed that the Son of Man had the authority to forgive sins on earth.

Thank you for being our perfect sacrifice for all of our sins as the Lamb of God, Most Holy.

Thank you for Your love and power to heal the lame, the blind, the deaf, and bring glad tidings to the poor.

Thank you for choosing to heal us. I pray that more increase their faith in you, pulling away from the grip of the evil one who prefers to keep them in chains.

Grant that I maintain my thankfulness and gratitude, tossing aside my ego, pride, and greed so that you can continue to work through me in order to glorify you, Lord Jesus. Amen.
