My Lord Jesus,

The Word made Flesh, My Messiah; thank You for enduring the pain, suffering, ridicule, and punishment for my sins and lack of obedience. For the foolishness of grasping onto my ego and pride instead of grasping Your outstretched hand. For the foolishness of thinking my way is better than the Father's plan. For the foolishness of applying human precepts to The Father's Word. For every instance where I declined Your straight path and instead chose the crooked way of the world.

Continue to strengthen my faith and grant me worthy through the tests and trials as I seek Your sacred heart that You so freely offer. Thank You for always being present. Thank You for radiating Your light upon anyone who truly accepts it and walks with You as their Lord.

Grant that my family accepts Your outstretched hand today and walks with You without fear as they traverse the world and its trials. Thank You for loving us. In Your name, The Prince of Peace, The King of the Nations, Jesus,
