“...and live in love, as Christ loved us[a] and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.” Ephesians 5:2

Dear Heavenly Father, Creator of all,

All praise, glory, and thanksgiving to You, Father God.

Thank You for the many wondrous gifts and all blessings, as Your will is done; not my own.

Remove anger, malice, envy, and greed from my being as I empty myself for Your Holy Spirit to move inside of me.

Create in me a clean heart so that I can love others well, fulfilling the role You have given me in the body of Christ.

Lead me to people I need and to people who need me. Open and close the doors to speed and straighten my path.

Thank You for the gift of today, which I will use to glorify and honor You. My sacrifice will be my obedience to Your voice. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
