Dear Heavenly Father,

Great are You, Creator of heaven and earth, and all things upon it.

Forgive us our trespasses and our sins against You. Forgive our unclean hearts.

Grant our sackcloth is effective against pestilence, calamity, and war.

We humbly beg You to put Your hedge of protection, Your entire legion of angels, over our families, protecting them from all harm, all evil, all temptation.

Thank You for choosing us and girding us for battle. Grant that we choose Your armor daily, that we wear it well, and our shield grows more powerful daily.

Grant that we are not conformed to this world but that we are transformed by the renewing of our mind to understand what is Your will and what is good, acceptable, and perfect.
