“Now the festival of Unleavened Bread, which is called the Passover, was near. The chief priests and the scribes were looking for a way to put Jesus to death, for they were afraid of the people.” Luke 22:1-2

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for Your perfect plans. Thank You for how the festival of Unleavened bread commemorates the exodus from slavery, just as Jesus is our exodus from the slavery of the devil.

Thank You for Your armor and the power in the name of Jesus to make evil fearful of us.

Grant me the willingness to surrender like Jesus, fully to Your will. Make me Your vessel. Make me an offering. Make me whatever You want me to be.

In the name of Jesus, my paschal lamb, our sin offering, amen.
