Dear Lord Jesus,

We eagerly await Your second coming during this advent season of preparation. Thank You for being our rock and our redeemer and our light in this world of darkness and against the snares of the evil one. Grant Your protection over my family and send Your angels to watch over them all their days.

Grant Your blessing to all who trust in You. Thank You for Your sacred heart, which offers mercy and grace. Forgive us all the ways we continue to pierce Your heart today. Grant that Your believers continue to convert hearts and do great things in order to glorify You. Lead us to people we need and to people who need us. Grant that we walk boldly and humbly today. Not Lukewarm. Grant that an increasing number refuse to live in fear. Grant that an increasing number refuse what the evil one offers.

Thank You for what You do for us each and every day. We love You, Lord Jesus. Amen.
