Dear Lord Jesus,

I need You. Guide me, lead me, grant me the willingness to follow. 

Protect me and my family from the evil one, who divides and limits our faith and belief, who separates us from You and Your mother.

Grant me the peace that comes with knowing You and having faith the size of a mustard seed. Forgive my lack of faith, my lack of belief, my intemperate ways, and my lack of patience.

Grant me a soul that is generous, loving, caring, sensitive, that is effective against indifference, selfishness, pessimism, lukewarmness, cowardliness, and judgment. 

Thank You for knowing our hearts. Grant me Your mercy and grace to forgive my trespasses and shortcomings. Grant Your forgiving Spirit to all who claim to know You, eliminating grudges from their surrendered heart.

Lord Jesus, Amen.
