Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank You for choosing me and for how You use me. Thank You for how You know me better than I know myself. Thank You for all the ways You form me and test me daily. Grow my patience and intolerance of the enemy. Remove my grip on my ego and pride so that I can grab firmly upon Your sword and shield.

Thank You for Your perfect timing and perfect plans. Thank You for Your peace You give to us when we surrender to Your plan for our lives and walk away forever from the enemy.

Thank You for the special moments You provide when Your will is done. Thank You for the joy it brings to others and how You are glorified through it.

Work through me today. Bring me to people I need and to people who need me. Open my eyes to Your presence today and how You wish to use me.

Grant that I am Your humble and faithful servant today, Lord Jesus. Amen.
