Dear Father God,

You hear my cries and my laughter. Thank You for the many gifts, blessings, and tests throughout each day. Your plans are perfect. Your timing is perfect.

Grant that I honor You today with my effort and willingly surrender to Your will. When occasions for stumbling occur, grant that I strengthen my grip on Your sword of the spirit of truth and swing it with power and strength. In my Weakness, fill me with Your Spirit.

Grant that I acknowledge You in all things, giving thanks always, praying without ceasing. Grant that I always remember that all things work together for good for those who love you, who are called according to Your purpose.

Use me today. Use my spiritual gifts today for your purpose. Thank You for making straight my path. Loosen my grip on my ego and pride. Keep me from sin and fear.

I ask this in the name of Jesus, the name above all other names, Alleluia.
