“Examine yourselves to see whether you are living in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless, indeed, you fail to meet the test!” 2 Corinthians 13:5

Dear Lord Jesus,

Grant that I sufficiently empty myself daily of my ego, pride, selfishness, anger, gossip, conceit, jealousy, and bickering so that You can live inside me.

Grant that I am filled with Your Spirit so that I may experience its fruits: love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, kindness, and self-control.

By this, others will know that You live in me, by my love.

I pray that I pass every test, Lord Jesus, amen.
