"My little children, for whom I am again in the pain of childbirth until Christ is formed in you."

Dear Lord Jesus,

Grant that I sufficiently empty myself and surrender my will to You daily so that You may live in me.

Grant that I surrender my ego, pride, and greed so that I can truly see You and see others through Your eyes.

Forgive my foolishness to resist surrendering to You; preferring to rely on childish wisdom instead of what I allow myself to hear You tell me.

Forgive me for all the ways I offend You daily.

Forgive how I place great importance on most anything but You.

Forgive how I worship You in words but not thoughts or actions.

Grant this a day that I am brought to people that I need and to people who need me.

Thank You, Lord Jesus, amen.
