Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank You for always greeting lost souls with open arms. The love You have for the lost sheep that return to Your flock. Thank You for granting them peace, love, joy, and self-control when they trust in You.

Thank You for strengthening us all to do the Father's will. Thank you for abiding in us, when we abide in You. Thank You for Your protection as we walk through this world, the valley of the shadow of death. Thank You for claiming us as Yours, for being our Good Shepherd, against the darkness that prowls the world. Thank You for being with us since the beginning.

Live deep within my family. Claim them as Yours. Do not allow them to be conformed to this world. Allow them to be transformed into your likeness. Allow them to brightly radiate your light. Grant that they always live in the truth and do not rely on their human understanding. Make straight their path.
