“In those days and at that time I will cause a righteous Branch to spring up for David; and he shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.”

Jeremiah 33:15

Dear Father God,

Thank You for the Word Made Flesh, the Good Shepherd, Who is right and just, through whom we have eternal life and forgiveness of sins; who clearly told us that if any of us want to follow Him, we must deny ourselves and carry our cross; literally dying to self, our former ways of flesh and lust; becoming dead to sin.

Lord, grant that I daily crucify my flesh, empty myself, so that I can walk with You; full of the fruit of the Spirit, fully surrendered to You, and not the world.

Thank You for guiding my steps as I follow You. Speak to me as I disciple Your flock.

Bless my family and friends today as all good things come from You. Thank You, Lord Jesus, amen.
