Dear Lord Jesus,

Our hearts cry out to You today as they are broken. Reveal Yourself to us as You are the light in the darkness. Thank You for giving us life, love, hope, and restoring us in our lowest moments.

Prepare us for battle today as You breathe the spirit into us to put on the armor to fight evil with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, shoes to spread the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, the word of God.

Grant that we willingly don this armor daily against the evil spirits in the world looking for souls to infiltrate. Grant that we walk with ou, accepting Your always outstretched hand.

Send Michael, Your archangel, to defend us in battle to once again thrust Satan out. Cast him into hell and all the evil spirits that prowl this earth looking for the ruin of souls. Rebuke him, we humbly pray. Great are You Lord, Amen.
