Dear Father God, Creator of all,
Thank You for Your Spirit, breathed on us through the apostles by Jesus.
Thank You that through Jesus we can be born again, walking away from the grip of Satan, and into the loving embrace of our Savior - and living with Him as our Lord; obedient and trusting; capable of good works, and not relying on our human wisdom and pride.
Woe to us who think ourselves wise and think more of ourselves than we ought, leading others astray, wrestling with obedience.
Grant that I empty myself today so that Your Spirit can stir inside me. Lead me to people I need and to people who need me. Your will be done. Use me today to do great things in order to glorify You.
In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
