Dear Heavenly Father,

Today I honor You with my effort. I do every task for You with enthusiasm and focus. The time is short and I will act urgently. Use me today. Allow me to be Your servant and trusted to deliver me to people who need me and to people that I need. Use me to shine Your light in the world.

Grant that I have a repentant heart so that you can fill me with Your Spirit so that I can be full of peace, love, joy, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Thank You for the miracles, the answered prayers, and how you use me.

Grant that I surrender today to Your will. Grant that You are glorified through my actions today. Use me to show people what is possible through surrender to You. Grant that I trust You today and not self. Grant that others will know I am a disciple of Jesus by how I radiate His light.

I ask this is the name of Jesus, the Good Shepherd, and may I always recognize His voice. Amen.
