Dear Lord Jesus,

You gave completely of Your life so that we may have eternal life. You still give freely with an open invitation to attend Your wedding banquet and to heal in Your name.

Thank You for the paradise on earth You allow us to have through You. Grant that I die to my old self so that I can experience it more, the joy You intend for us.

Sanctify me in the truth of Your word. The love that the Father has shown You and You have shown to me, allow me to share that love with others boldly.

Thank You for the way You are always with us, the way that You, as the bride-groom, invite us to the eternal banquet.

Grant me the sandals to carry the gospel message, the sword of the spirit, and the shield of faith as a servant of Yours today and every day. Amen.
