Dear Lord Jesus,

You were the Word at the beginning, one with the Most High God. Grant that I reach for Your outstretched hand and strive for the kingdom of God and leave worry behind.

Help me to understand how to remove the log from my own eye. Be merciful with me as I know You will judge me by how I have judged others and the measure I gave them will be the measure I got.

Help me to remember that if I seek, I will find. If I knock, the door will be opened. If I ask, I will receive. Help me to radiate You in everything I do to others.

Help me to find the narrow gate and to navigate the hard road.

Grant that I am a tree that bears good fruit because I do the will of the Father. I pray all of these things in Your wonderful name, the name that protects us from the evil one, Jesus, the name above all other names. Amen.
