Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank You for granting that those who seek will find. That if we knock on the door, You will answer.

Thank You for how You love us. Thank You for what You subjected Yourself to in order to redeem us. Thank You for how You crawled onto that cross, bloody, battered, and broken to save someone like me. Forgive me ever I let myself be influenced by the world, instead of the Word. Forgive me every time I allow Satan space instead of grasping hold of Your always outstretched hand.

You are King of the Universe, the Light, the Word made Flesh, the Firstborn of all Creation, who loves someone like me.

Thank You for Your steadfast love, Your Sacred Heart, how You work in our hearts, Your always answered prayers, for making straight our path, speaking to us the way that You do, and shining Your face upon us.

Today I walk where You lead, completely surrendered to Your will, with love in my heart. Amen.
