Dear Lord Jesus,

Grant me a heart devoted to You. Remove my heart of stone and grant me a heart of flesh. Find it acceptable to send me Your spirit and fill me with the fruits of patience, kindness, and love.

Grant that my barren soul becomes fruitful.

Grant that I grow in Your likeness in word and deed, being a doer of the word.

Thank You for the tests You put me through. Grant that I pass more of them.

Grant that I am effective today, working for You with full effort.

Grant that my sinful nature is overcome by Your sacred heart.

Thank You and I praise You, Lord Jesus, Amen.
