“Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility regard others as better than yourselves.” Philippians 2:3

Dear Holy Spirit,

Come, Holy Spirit. Empty me of self: greed, pride, and ego released, so You may find me a vessel worthy of stirring.

Grant that I stay in You today at all times, surrendered to Christ and not the world, making the choice always to remain in the light.

Allow me to see others as Jesus sees them, as masterpieces divinely created, living in a broken world where Jesus is the only answer; the way, the truth, and the life.

Grant me humility. Grant that I never think more of myself than I should. Grant me an effective listener and an obvious disciple of my Savior and my Lord, Jesus the Christ.
