“For there is no truth in their mouths; their hearts are destruction; their throats are open graves; they flatter with their tongues. Make them bear their guilt, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; because of their many transgressions cast them out, for they have rebelled against you.” Psalms 5:9-10

Dear Lord,

Thank You for pouring Your blood for such a sinful world. Thank You for the joy You provide when we break from the world and surrender our will to You. Thank You for rescuing us and breaking our chains.

Heal our broken hearts; give us eyes that see, minds that comprehend, the evil spirits are working in the world, and whose minds they have littered and closed.

Thank You, Lord, for leading us beside peaceful waters and restoring our souls. You are our rock and redeemer. You alone. Place Your hedge of protection over my family today, keep them in Your bosom, O Lord, Jesus, amen.
