Dear Lord,

I trust in You with all my heart and try not to lean on my own human understanding. Keep me thankful so that I acknowledge You in all things so that you can make straight my paths.

Thank You for making me lie down in green pastures and leading me to still waters to restore my soul.

Thank You for bringing Yourself to me and allowing me to come to You in Communion. Thank You for choosing me to live in the spirit so that I might understand things of the spirit and not live in ignorance.

When I am stuck today, I will lean into You, pray without ceasing, give thanks always, feel your spirit, and proceed with self-discipline and joy. Encourage my family to walk with You today. Thank You for leading me to people I need and to people who need me.

Thank You for all You allow me to do for You with a loving heart, Jesus. Amen.
