Do you ever feel out of control?

Are you going through life where you feel the world's weight on your shoulders? Do you embrace control as a means to lighten the load?

The world tells us that our ego and pride should be strong and powerful: "I am in control. I control my destiny. When I succeed, it is because of my efforts, fortitude, and talents. When I fail, it is the fault of someone else."

Our relationships become severely damaged in this mindset, and life becomes this crazy roller coaster on which we lose the control we so desperately seek.

“Be still, and know that I am God.” Psalms 46:10 Dear Father God, Creator of all, I praise You and thank You for creating me for a time such as this. Grant that I continue to put on Your armor daily to ward off the arrows of the enemy. Grant that with my heart and my soul that I give You control. Your will be done and in Your perfect timing. Find me obedient today and accepting of the people and opportunities that You put in my path. Grant that my ego does not get in the way
