“Cast away from you all the transgressions that you have committed against me, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit!” Ezekiel 18:31

Dear Lord God, Wonderful Creator of all,

Create in me a clean heart. Remove the stubbornness that prevents me from trusting in You, and any fear that lingers.

I cast away all that keeps me from You, trusting in You only. Keep watch over my family and me and meet us in our greatest areas of need.

Grant that I empty myself so that Your Spirit can stir inside me and I am able to receive all of its fruits of love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, kindness, and self-control as I seek Your will, Your path daily.

Place a hedge of protection over my family. I pray all this in the name of Jesus, my Lord and Savior. Amen.
