Dear Son of Man,

Thank You for bearing the brunt of our sinful ways from Adam to eternity, for enduring the ferocity of the pain and anguish that is deservedly our own. Thank YOu for loving the Father and us so much that regardless of how broken You were on that road of Calvary, You continued on with incredible desire to do the Father’s will and to bear our sins on the cross, a cross You so willingly carried, and even when You fell a third time, beyond broken and bruised, marred beyond all human semblance which is how we appear in our sin, You got on that cross to save us all.

Thank You for allowing us all the opportunity to be reborn and live in a new skin, a true reflection of You living inside of us.

Grant that we all pick up our mat and leave our paralysis of lukewarmness, of sin, of living in the world, and follow You each and every day, fully surrendered. Amen.
