Keep yourselves in the love of God; look forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life.

Jude 1:21

Dear Father God, Creator of all,

Great is Your love and You are worthy of all our praise. I pray that more worship You as much as they worship the favorite sports team or talking head.

Create in me a clean heart, a heart that is undivided in its love for You; a heart that can love others.

Thank You for loving us so much that You sent Your Only Son, The Lamb Who Was Slain; an outpouring of mercy upon us.

Lord, grant that I extend mercy to others as You have extended mercy to me. Grant that I see others with Your eyes; no longer blind.

May mercy and love be a hallmark of my life so that I can bring others closer to You as You have mercy on us all as surely goodness and love will follow us and we will dwell in Your house forever.

Amen
