Ezekiel 33:32
Dear Father God,
For far too long, I heard Your voice but would not do it. Thank You for Your patience and persistence with me while You continued to form, shape, and grow me into who You created me to be.
Thank You for my Good Shepherd, my Savior, and my Lord who reminds all of us, “Why do you call me Lord, Lord, and not do what I tell you?”
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for always accepting my outstretched hand; Thank You for breaking all my chains, Thank You for being the only way, the only truth, the only life. Forgive us for how we continue to crucify You daily with our lack of love, lack of faith, lack of trust, to surrender it all to You as You surrendered it all for us.
Grant that I do what I hear You tell me. Amen.
