“He came out and went, as was his custom, to the Mount of Olives; and the disciples followed him.” Luke 22:39

Dear Heavenly Father,

We praise You, acknowledge You in all things, giving You all the glory.

Thank You for creating me in Your image, with a specific purpose, serving You and Your kingdom for Your will to be done.

Thank You for the example of Jesus to have a special place in which to converse with You, quiet and peaceful.

From that spot, Jesus could see the Holy Temple, built on the ground where Abraham took Isaac, his only son. A scene that Jesus witnessed as He was with You in the beginning.

Grant me the fortitude always to seek You, finding special spots to praise You, such as the cave on Patmos where Jesus visited John. Thank You, Heavenly Father, amen.
