Dear Lord Jesus, Son of the living God,

Create in me a clean heart so that my language is seasoned with salt. Make me a new creation; meek, merciful, a peacemaker, pure in heart. Allow me to be a light for You in this world.

Thank You, Lord, for rescuing me, emptying my old self, and leading me on a path to speak truth in love.

Thank You for Your Presence, the power of Your name to break all chains, and Your willingness to accept our outstretched hand, never giving up on us.

Make me a vessel of Your peace; let me sow love, let me help bring understanding, use me to help others understand joy.

Lord Jesus, thank You, and amen.
