Dear Father God,

Thank You for the gift of this day. In return, I offer my will to You. Your will be done today. Grow me, form me, shape me into the person You need me to be in order to glorify You. I will honor You today with my effort and do everything today for You, not for man, acknowledging You in all things giving thanks always, praying without ceasing.

Though I walk through the valley of death I will fear no evil for your rod and staff comfort me. When you work through me, I can do all things in Your will. Ease my grip on my ego and pride so that You can work through me today. Lead me to people I need and to people who need me. Allow me to be a mouthpiece for You today.

Use me today. Allow others to come closer to You because of how You use me today. Cover my family today with your protection and goodness. Grant that they experience a great revival and awakening.

I pray this in the name of Your only begotten Son, Jesus of Nazareth, my savior and Lord, Amen.
