“Then came the day of Unleavened Bread, on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed.”

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for offering Your Son as the paschal lamb. Thank You, Jesus, for Your obedience and willingness to be our sin offering and provide a reconciliation with God, our Father.

Thank You for loving us so much that You took this upon Yourself. Thank You for this tremendous opportunity to be dead to sin and to live our days joyfully.

Forgive how we continue to crucify You daily with our indifference, our lack of faith, our lack of hope, our lack of trust to surrender our will to You as You surrendered Your will to the Father for us.

We love You, Lord Jesus. Thank You for what You did for us and are still doing for us today. Amen.
