Dear almighty and ever-present Father God,

Thank You for working all things for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Thank You for Your steadfast love and concern for our lives. Thank You for Your continued answered prayers. Thank You for delivering people that I need and for delivering people that need me. Grant that myself and my family are blessings to everyone we meet today and You put in our path.

Thank You for knowing me in the womb and creating me for this time on Your glorious creation to do Your will for Your glory and grow disciples of Christ. Thank You for making straight my path.

Grant that I loosen the grip on my ego and pride so that I can grip firmly upon Your sword and shield. Grant me increased patience and humility. Grant me to be a great father to my children as St. Joseph was to young Jesus. Grant me wisdom and blessings today to expand my borders in greater service of You.

Thank You for creating this beautiful Christmas season for my family and the birth of Jesus Christ. Amen.
