Dear Heavenly Father,

I place all my trust in You. Grant that I do not step into a snare of the devil.

With all the dark forces in the United States, grant that my family is not conformed to this world, that Satan has no power of them. Grant that they are transformed by the renewing of their mind, in order to understand Your will, and what is good, acceptable, and perfect.

Choose them. Use them. Fill them with Your spirit. Have them radiate the light of Jesus so that Satan lives in fear of them, and that others who live in the darkness will move toward the light of Christ through them.

Grant that I stay surrendered to Your will and your purpose for my life. Strengthen my grip on Your sword and shield. Loosen my grip on my ego and pride. Grant me a loving heart, eyes that see, ears that hear, a neck not stiff, a soul that obeys, a will that is surrendered. Bring me to people I need and to people who need me.

I ask this in the name of Jesus, my Savior and Lord.
