“Do not love the world or the things in the world. The love of the Father is not in those who love the world;” 1 John 2:15

Dear Father God, Creator of all, Lord of hosts,

Praise the LORD, oh my soul, You are my health and salvation, all the days of my life. You alone; there is nothing on earth that can replace You; nothing from Satan can satisfy me.

Father God, fill me with Your Spirit. As I empty myself of the world, allow me the full armor, in order to ward off all the arrows of the devil, and as I come towards Yu, the devil will flee, in the name of Jesus.

The name of Jesus, the name above all other names, the name before whom all knees shall bend, the name from which all fallen angels will run, the name through whom all shall be healed, the only name that matters in heaven and on earth for sinners like me. Amen
