Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank You for what You did on the road to calvary and on that cross. Thank You for so willingly doing the Father’s will. Thank You for showing us how to love and forgive. Thank YOu for helping us to understand the evil in the world and the power of Your name to overcome it. Thank You for Your steadfast love and always outstretched hand.

Forgive us all the many times we do not accept Your always outstretched hand. Forgive our lack of love to You for the gift You have given us. Forgive our lack of forgiveness towards others.

Embrace my family today. Send Your choirs of angels to protect them today. Bless them as they trust more and more in You. Provide for them more and more as they surrender their will to You so that You can make straight their path.

Thank You for working all things for good for those who love You and work according to Your purpose. Amen.
