Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank You for the protection that You provide in the power of Your name.

Thank You for loving us so much to suffer the cruelest of deaths in order to overcome the world.

Thank You for providing to us with the power to overcome the world if we choose to.

Thank You for the gifts and fruit that You provide that are so much more than anything the world can offer.

Thank You for the armor that You provide to easily overcome the wickedness and snares of the evil one.

Grant that I deny myself, take up my cross, and follow You today, Lord Jesus, amen.
