Dear Father God,

I pray for all of my brothers and sisters who may be struggling. I pray for peace for them and their loved ones. I pray for all the souls of the recently departed, may they rest in peace, embraced by Jesus at the gate. I pray that in the present darkness You use me, so that more will declare Jesus their Savior and Lord.

Continue to strengthen me and all Your children as we face trial and tribulation in the present world. Grant that we double down on You, fully surrendering to Your will, and to what is good, acceptable, and perfect. Your dreams and purpose for our lives is so much more powerful than our own.

Your plans are perfect, Your timing is perfect. Continue to mold us and shape us into what You call us to be. Challenge us to step forward and to run the race to win.

Strengthen each and every person who reads or hears this prayer. Place Your hands on their shoulders, gird them for battle against the enemy. Loosen our grip on our ego and pride. We thank you for our thorn in our side, strengthen our grip of Your sword and shield.

I pray this in the name of my Savior and Lord. Our Rock, our Redeemer, Jesus.
