Dear Lord Jesus,

Today I offer my heart to You for protection from the thousands of evil spirits at loose in the world all led by the evil one.

Thank You for the protection of Your sacred heart, which cuts away all chains and makes straight our path. Thank You for Your always outstretched hand, Your limitless mercy, and Your steadfast love for all souls.

Thank You for Your presence as we walk away from our old skin and into a new life with You, the living bread, the precious blood, the living and always flowing waters that ultimately lead to the new Jerusalem.

Thank You for all the ways You bring us blind back to You and grant us hearts of flesh. Eradicate my ego and greed so that I can better receive Your spirit and serve You and others.

Make me an instrument of Your peace, and thank You for equipping me for the calling ahead.

Grant my family boundless blessings today as they work according to Your purpose. Amen.
