Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank You for what You have done for me. Thank You for Your strength and conviction to fulfill scripture even though You could have appealed to Your Father in heaven to send 12 legions of angels to Your rescue in the garden of Gethsemane. 

Grant that I always lean on You for my strength and accept Your always outreached hand so that I do not become a weak and lazy soul, unfit for good works.

Breathe Your spirit upon me, put my heart ablaze, my soul yearning, full of passion and vitality, to abide in You.

Thank You for all the ways You will work in my life today, making straight my path.

I love You, I adore You, Lord Jesus, Amen.
