“Then he shouted, ‘Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!’” Luke 18:38

Dear Jesus,

Have mercy on me, a sinner. Have mercy on me, Jesus, Anointed One.

I repent, Lord Jesus. I will carry my cross and follow You, crucifying my former life.

I am weak, and I live in a broken world. Through You, I have the strength for all things. Your strength empowers me. Nothing can harm me when I place my trust in You.

Have mercy on me, a sinner, and allow me to serve You as a new creation, glorifying You.

Empower everyone who calls on You today and acknowledges You as Lord of their life. Allow them to do great things in honor of You, giving You all the glory.

Have mercy on me, Lord Jesus, amen.
