“When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who comes from the Father, he will testify on my behalf.”

Dear Father God,

Thank You for baptizing us with water and the Spirit. We praise You. Thank You for how the Holy Spirit stirs in us. Thank You for how, when we empty ourselves, the Spirit can move freely and speak to us and through us. Thank You for qualifying the unqualified. Thank You for choosing the lowliest among us, sinners like me.

Thank You for the fruit of the Spirit. Thank You for how, when we are in the Spirit, we understand things of the Spirit. Grant that I remain in the Spirit today, surrendered to Christ.

Father God, in the name of Jesus, bless my family today and increase their fruit a hundredfold, and keep them walking in the Spirit. In Jesus’ name, amen.
