“So he said to them, ‘You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of others; but God knows your hearts; for what is prized by human beings is an abomination in the sight of God.’”
Luke 16:15
Dear Father God, Creator of my heart,
I praise You. Grant that my heart is not hardened, my mind not darkened, my eyes made blind, and my ears made deaf.
Grant that I know Your word and allow myself to listen to You by relinquishing my ego, pride, and greed.
Grant that I am not led astray by worldly pursuits and adoration. Grant that I keep my mind on the heavenly things above.
Thank You for all the blessings that You have provided. Thank You for the dreams for my life that are bigger than my own. Thank You for putting me exactly where You want me.
Grant me humility so that my heart may be found acceptable to You.
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for guiding me. Amen.
