Dear Heavenly Father,

Forgive all the times I question You and doubt Your power.

Forgive all the times I allow Satan to infiltrate my mind with ridiculous thoughts on how the earth could have formed without Your guiding hand.

Forgive my tendency to put conditions and restrictions upon You because I’d rather trust in the world than in Your word.

Forgive my unwillingness to love myself as You love me so that I can love others.

Forgive my unwillingness to forgive others as You lovingly forgive me.

Forgive our preference for brokenness rather than peace through You.

Father, grant that I hear You today. Open my ears and my heart. Convict me to follow where You lead, in the name of Jesus Christ before whom every knee shall bend,
