Dear Father God, the Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth and of every living thing.

Thank You for dwelling in our hearts where Your spirit is our strength and our refuge. Grant us the courage to stand against the evil one, who appeals to human logic, and has infiltrated the church of Jesus.

Grant that we yearn for Your spirit, that we put on Your armor daily, that we seek You always, that we trust You always, that we give thanks to You always, that we acknowledge You in all things, praying without ceasing. Thank you for working all things for good for those who love you and are called according to Your purpose.

Protect my family who is constantly attacked by the allurements of Satan. Grant

that they grab hold of your rod and staff firmly. Grant that they do not rely on their own human understanding but trust in You so that you can make straight their path. Grant that they believe the Lord is their Shepherd so that they do not want. Lead them beside still waters and green pastures.
