Our Almighty and Glorious Father, Creator of heaven and earth, whose will is supreme and the angels faithfully serve,

Thank You for being with us in the most violent of storms when things look most bleak and our faith could be shaken. Thank You for increasing our faith through the Spirit and granting unlimited strength when we keep our eyes on Jesus and allow Him to live in our hearts.

Grant that we grasp firmly on Your sword and shield daily and loosen the grip on our ego and pride. Grant us the discernment of Your will as we deny the allurement of the present world and you lead us to what is good, acceptable, and perfect.

Thank You for the many miracles You perform for us daily and all the answered prayers. Lead me to people I need and to people who need me. Use me today to glorify Jesus and to move others to become disciples of His. Tighten my belt and sandals for this mission path. Protect me and my family from the evil one.
